The "Fixed" Natty is complete gibberish and broken. ( 2.6.38-11-generic #50-ubuntu) RFkill ability has been added to rt3090pci and hp_wmi.. result - the wifi is hard-blocked and cannot be unblocked removing rt2800pci and loading rt2860sta no longer fixes the issues.. the wifi is RFkilled.
