Public bug reported: When using the new application menu, that in Unity is located in the top "unity" bar, the LyX document processor menu loses focus after ALT is held down for less than a second.
For example, if pressing (and holding) ALT, pressing F (to open the file menu) the opened "file menu" loses focus quickly. Other keyboard shortcuts (to, for example, open a new file using "O") then don't work if the mouse pointer isn't moved over to the application menu. This is a small problem, but it is still disruptive to my work flow. As far as I can remember, I did not have the same problem in LyX on Gnome 2 or in LyX on Windows.
