The problem is a wrong "Breaks" entry on kpackagekit, which makes it impossible to install kpk and apper at the same time. This is solved by the patch I attached, but in any way, it does not make much sense to install the kpk package. (But it also does not hurt, as it's section is oldlibs and it will be auto-removed) Sorry for this issue, was in a way my fault. :(
