On thread 1 it can be seen that libido and gdk are the culprits 1 # 0x00007fa00a18abb5 in ?? () from /usr/lib/libido3-0.1.so.0
But if this was a packaged obvious issue we would have plenty more bugs of the same type. Therefore I would suggest reinstalling libido, this will remove i-sound and i-calendar but you can pull these in afterwards quite easily. So sudo apt-get remove libido-0.1-0 sudo apt-get install libido-0.1-0 sudo apt-get install indicator-sound test and hopefully it will be sorted. c ** Changed in: indicator-sound (Ubuntu) Status: Confirmed => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/876856 Title: indicator-sound crashes in Oneiric To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ido/+bug/876856/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
