Hi, both panels I tried have two cables: AC'97 and HD. You can choose which one to use. In the HD one, there's a wire in pin4. I bought another panel, model FP32 from Silverstone, in order to test (http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=43&area=). This one is known to work reliably in jack sensing. I'll report back as soon as I receive this hardware and do the tests using it.
