To logout and login didn't fix it. I have reinstalled my Oneiric installation, keeping the same /home But still the same, after installing Citrix by using the .deb, it didn't show up. Plus I had to manually give +x rights to the .desktop file, and manually install a file from the 32 bits libmotif library... Still a very poor installer & application from Citrix...
