Public bug reported:

Hotkey fn+f2 i supposed to toggle wifi on/off. That's the way it was
working on ubuntu 10.10 and 11.04.

I have updated from 11.04 to 11.10. When wifi is toggled on at startup,
i can connect to wireless network. If i toggled it off and then on
again, network manager says "device not ready". And i can't connect to
wireless network anymore. Same situation if i start the computer with
wifi disable.

To make it working again, i have to do sudo rmmod ath9k / sudo modprobe
ath9k while wifi is toggled on.

I have also formatted my computer and done a claen install of ubuntu
11.10 but i have still the same issue.

I don't know which package is affected...
