Have an addition to my previous comment... Yeah, it worked for Openoffice, however, it also changes all the tool tip colors throughout KDE.
So, for example, if I change the tool tip background to, say white, then every tool tip in KDE is white which looks really bad; especially if you hover over icons in ksystemsettings and get a huge white block with black chars... Really terrible to look at. Anyway to change the setting just for Openoffice? Thanks!
