[unity-2d] I have had a look in System Settings > Keyboard > Shortcuts and found that under Navigation, Hide all normal windows had a shortcut of Ctrl+Alt+D set. However after disabling that shortcut I still find Ctrl+Alt+D shows the desktop and Super D does not.
