Public bug reported: Steps: 1) Create a folder in your desktop folder called "TestFolder". 2) Create two or more files in TestFolder. 3) Delete your TestFolder. 4) Now create another empty "TestFolder" in your desktop folder. (like in the step 1) 5) Go to trash, right click on "TestFolder" and click Restore. 6) Now your files are lost
