This log shows the same issue as before release, with nfs-common being
held back in order to avoid removing portmap in favor of rpcbind.  We
addressed this by raising the archive priority of rpcbind, but that
doesn't seem to have solved the problem for everyone.

Michael, can you think of anything else we should do here to get a clean
upgrade?  rpcbind already Conflicts/Provides/Replaces portmap.  Do we
need to add a dummy 'portmap' transitional package (with a lower archive
priority) to help this along?
