Public bug reported: If I resize a window by dragging a window corner or side, and the mouse cursor hits a "hot zone" in the corner or at the edge of the screen, an orange bar showing the future position of the window is drawn, and if I release mouse button, the window indeed jumps to that position.
This "grid" behaviour should not be activated when you resize the window, only when you drag it.
