Attempting to install Ubuntu 11.10 by booting from cd.  System hangs
with ubuntu logo in background and the strings: EDD:       Error 1000
reading sector (356391, 356393, 356395, 350899, 350922, 350966...) And
out just keeps adding sectors.

Current machine specs are:
Amd phenom x6 1100
8GB ram
500GB HDD(SATA)
nvidia geforce Gts 450
Msi 990xa-gd55 mobo

Attached is a picture of what exactly is going on.

I'm going to let it sit and think to see if anything else happens.
