I've uploaded a patched udev package, 173-0ubuntu4+ppa2, to my ppa that
should help with debugging this. It should be available in an hour or
so.

Once it is, can those who are able to reproduce this issue please install the
udev package from <https://launchpad.net/~vorlon/+archive/ppa> by running 'sudo
apt-add-repository ppa:vorlon && sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get
install udev', then reboot, and attach the files /dev/.udev.ps.log and
/dev/.udev.initramfs.log to this bug report?
