Public bug reported: I'm running Ubuntu 11.10, as an upgrade from 11.04.
My system-wide time format is 24h. However, in my Empathy chat windows, the time a message is sent is displayed in 12h (AM/PM) format; this means Empathy does not honour the system-wide time format. The attachment shows my system clock (right top corner) and a part of an Empathy window.
