I get the same, Format: NTSC Xvid 1500k 2 pass, aspect 16:9 The crash occurs with "2 pass" at 50% rendering (i.e. when the first pass is complete). It does not occur with "1 pass". I get an ".avi" output file which contains video and audio, and also a ".avi_2pass_log file".
