Also, I've tested Linux 3.1, and some newer branches. They don't fix the regression.
For simply reverting the small , "guilty" commit ,'git revert d05c65fff' succeeds on the command line, but does not seem to revert cleanly. Those kernels have failed to build. I haven't had time to look that over, or to really think about the patch. So I don't have a simple workaround, for using the later kernels, yet. Maybe someone will see it more quickly than I. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/855199 Title: 2.6.39 and later have lost "irqfixup" and "irqpoll" functionality To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/linux/+bug/855199/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
