Basically, Unity search algorithm should normalize the text so that the
accents are escaped: typing "é" "è" "ê" ou "ë" should have the same
effect as typing "e" (you can get fancy and still prioritize the matches
with the exact letter). Right now, if I'm looking for "énergie" (the
energy system panel) I cannot find it if I type "energie" as the search
box requires an "é". This is particularily annoying if you're using a
generic search word (with no accents), as the results with accents won't
show up.
