Thank you for reporting this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. I'm going to close this bug since the first stable release of gnome-shell wasn't until April 2011. Since the code has changed considerably since the preview version available in the Ubuntu 10.10 archives, I don't believe anyone will be interested in trying to fix this bug.
Also, the Firefox title bar seems to work correctly here in Ubuntu 11.10, the first Ubuntu release to have a stable GNOME Shell available in the repositories. ** Changed in: gnome-shell (Ubuntu) Status: Confirmed => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/646634 Title: Firefox incorrectly uses the window title as the application title in Gnome 3 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/646634/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
