I see this bug on my Dell Dimension 9100 desktop. the bug is different than the recent screenshot. In my case, the only indication that dash is launched somewhere is the max/min/close icons in the panel area
For me, it is unrelated to going full screen in applications. It happens immediately at startup, even with no other applications open. It seems to be stacking behind the desktop. The problem is not intermittent, it never goes away.
