Sometimes after some time of using Ubuntu Oneiric, Unity loses focus
completely displaying behind all opened applications as if they were
marked "always on top", even above the unity panel, dash, application
switcher etc.

It happens sometimes when I launch a full screen application in wine or
run a flash video in full screen, I can't really precise how exactly
does it happen.
