To re-create, open sound juicer on Feisty.
Edit --> Preferences.
Edit profiles
Choose any profile then click Edit button.
"Editing profile" dialog appears but nothing can be clicked, the "Edit GNOME
Audio profiles" dialog is still the active dialog.
