I've updated the bug description and added the work around. I also added the links of the same issue in other distributions. There are even more information in the GCC upstream bugzilla and Debian BTS, but I don't know exactly how to add them in Launchpad. They are all listed in the Debian bug, though (323216), so if anyone want to know exactly what is going on, hopefully I've provided enough pointers. (I don't understand the detail of this problem myself.)
