Public bug reported:

1) Ubuntu Release affected
Description: Ubuntu 11.10
Release: 11.10

2) Package version:
pacemaker:
  Installed: 1.1.5-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 1.1.5-0ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 1.1.5-0ubuntu1 0
        500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ oneiric/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

3) Stopping o2cb via pacemaker/corosync should result in o2cb being
killed.

4) o2cb isn't killed because "killproc" used in the script doesn't exist,
should be possible to use killall instead.
The following bug appears in my logfile: Nov 11 00:52:31 vm2 lrmd: [2050]:
info: RA output: (p_o2cb:1:stop:stderr)
/usr/lib/ocf/resource.d//pacemaker/o2cb: line 169: killproc: command not found
