Public bug reported:

After upgrading to Oneiric, qjackctl no longer shows a menu when right-
clicking on its tray icon. This happens on both a 64-bit and a 32-bit
system that I have tried. To reproduce, you must enable the qjackctl
option "Enable system tray icon" in Setup -> Misc. In earlier releases,
right-clicking qjackctl's tray icon would cause a context menu to
appear.
