Public bug reported:
Text Editor is the first entry on the left of the Most Frequently Used
Dash menu.
Every other invocation fails to launch gedit. The Text Editor icon
displays in the launcher, blinks a few times, goes away, and nothing
happens. gedit is not launched.
This is reproducible systematically for every other (2nd) invocation
during this boot session.
I will try to reboot and see if this problem persists.
