Public bug reported:

I have an Packard Bell TR-85 laptop and it has several buttons obove the
keyboard, do control touchpad, wlan, sound, ...

If I toggle the button responsible for touchpad activation, i can disable it,
but i can't re-enable it. If I want to use it again, i have to reboot the
computer.
There is no option in BIOS to control these buttons.

If I touch the button the first time, syslog reports "Unknown key
pressed (translated set 2, code 0xf2 on isa0060/serio0), if I touch it
the second time, the code is 0xf1.
