By "resize frame" I mean the orange overlay that gets rendered on the screen when prompted to auto-size a window.
http://i.imgur.com/BegLN.png This I created like described in the bug description, started switcher, double clicked on maximized Banshee window to bring up workspace 5, moved mouse against right screen edge.
