Thanks so much for your feedback, it's really valuable to us.
You seem to be describing a few different problems in this report:
- Multiple browsers spawning after several clicks on the UI sounds like
bug 827904, which is Fix Released and was published to Ubuntu *after*
you filed this report. So I'm pretty confident this is already solved.
As it stands, if you click "view report" multiple times, you'll only
open extra tabs on your current browser.
- Unclearness about the e-mail field is described in bug 355363, which
is till pending.
To fix this, and hopefully also the confusing "unresponsive while
waiting for child", we're planning an overhaul of the checkbox UI.
For the time being I'll set this bug as a duplicate of 355363. Let me
know if you feel this is incorrect, and stay tuned for usability
improvements in Checkbox.
