You need a new ticket for the failure to resume from suspend. Your original report indicates that you see the problem when toshiba_acpi isn't loaded, so it can't be to blame.
I can't pinpoint the exact cause of the AML execution error, but it seems very likely that the cause is some bug in the AML.
