Public bug reported:
The speed at which a package is distributed to the repository mirrors is
too slow.
For some reason i had my sources.list use au.archive.ubuntu.com (should
be 'no', perhaps 'dk' is the closest, but 'au' is on the other site of
the globe). After the xserver-xorg-core affair yesterday I went home to
get my laptop back into shape and the 10.3 was still offered to me as an
update! I had to change to archive.ubuntu.com to get the 10.4.
It's pretty serious when people are still breaking their computer many,
many hours after a fix has been released. Not to say, shouldn't the
buggy package have been removed from the repos ASAP? Why wait for a bug
fix?
