Public bug reported:

in gnome 3 when we take mouse pointer to anywhere bottom of the screen then the
gnome3 messaging bar comes up.
and this same actions brings awn too.
but then awn sits on top of that gnome3 bar

Suggestion: please make awn only recognise mouse pointer when it is taken in
middle of the bottom of the screen.
so when we take mouse to right bottom of screen gnome3 bar will come and when
we take mouse pointer to only middle of the bottom of the screen awn will come.
So there will be no conflict
