inflate() is not part of dpkg but of zlib. It might be the that the
input data was corrupted but zlib should not segfault and instead
provide a proper error. This is rather old though and I'm not sure
anyone can find something useful in here.

Requesting a newer retrace in case anyone else duplicates it.

** Package changed: dpkg (Ubuntu) => zlib (Ubuntu)
