Public bug reported:

Hi, when you right click in Nautilus and scroll to Create New Document,
it opens another list which has "no templates installed" (which is
greyed-out) and "Empty Document"

There should be some, for example, LibreOffice templates here, such as a
Writer, Calc and Impress - otherwise this space is redundant and the
Create Empty Document could be merged into the main list.

* marking as bitesize as the fixing/implementation should be fairly easy
