Here is my Xorg.0.log I am able to run nvidia drivers when using the discrete graphics settings on bios. Nvidia settings is able to detect the monitor, however no image is displayed. The monitor also seems to think that the cable is not connected.
I am using nvidia-current package. Also it seems brightness can't be controlled using the binary nvidia drivers. ** Attachment added: "Xorg.0.log" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/849216/+attachment/2613383/+files/Xorg.0.log -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/849216 Title: [Thinkpad T520] Displayport nonfunctional To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/849216/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
