Public bug reported:

My bluetooth adapter doesn't work after sleep mode and It is not in the results 
from lsusb command.
Of course, the hciconfig command result is nothing.
I already tryed:
"sudo service bluetooth restart", It didn't work.
"sudo killall bluetoothd" and "sudo bluetoothd", It didn't work.
"sudo rfkill block bluetooth" and sudo "rfkill unblock bluetooth", It didn't 
work.

The result from "tail -100 /var/log/syslog | grep blue" is attached
also.
