Unfortunately there is neither a compizconfig-settings-manager-dbg nor a compizconfig-settings-manager-dbgsym package available. After following instructions on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash *-dbgsym packages are available for many compiz components, but not for the ccsm and fusion-icon.
