Public bug reported: Opening a folder that contains .JPF files (even if it's just one) crashes nautilus after 1-2 seconds.
In my terminal I get: "nautilus: jpc_dec.c:1077: jpc_dec_tiledecode: Assertion `dec->numcomps == 3 || dec->numcomps == 4' failed. Aborted" Personal comments: 1. Bug identical to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/jasper/+bug/488597 but for different package? Sorry if I double-posted... 2. I do not know if it's related/affecting but I always get the following warning MANY times each time I start nautilus: "(nautilus:16976): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_value_get_object: assertion `G_VALUE_HOLDS_OBJECT (value)' failed" ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 11.10 Package: nautilus 1:3.2.1-0ubuntu3.1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.0.0-14.23-generic 3.0.9 Uname: Linux 3.0.0-14-generic x86_64 ApportVersion: 1.23-0ubuntu4 Architecture: amd64 Date: Sat Dec 3 19:43:01 2011 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.10 "Maverick Meerkat" - Release amd64 (20101007) SourcePackage: nautilus UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to oneiric on 2011-10-21 (43 days ago) ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug oneiric running-unity -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/899670 Title: Nautilus crashes when opening folder with .JPF file To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/899670/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
