Public bug reported:

I was using the IDE PhpStorm v2.1.5 on Ubuntu 11.04, editing files on an
sshsf mounted VirtualBox image (of Ubuntu 9.10) on the same machine.
Several times in the middle of editing files, Ubuntu has crashed either
to a black screen with white text (which I took a photo of) or just
crashed X and sent me back to the Ubuntu login screen. I began using
this setup in October, and it worked flawlessly since then, but just
last week it crashed four times.

Some of the relevant text in the crash output:

Call Trace:
Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception in interrupt
Pid 2689, comm: java Tainted: G D 2.6.38-13-generic #52-Ubuntu
Call Trace:
panic occurred, switching back to text console
BUG: scheduling while atomic: java/2689/0x10000100

I have not reliably been able to trigger this bug, it seems to happen
after I've been working for a while, but I'll try to follow the
instructions here
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/DebuggingSchedulingWhileAtomic) to get
more logging data. Thanks.
