Debian now contains PyOpenCL which depends on virtual packages providing OpenCL
(opencl-icd).
This means that in Debian
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=628702 has been closed
as any OpenCL library can be used. What can I do to help with fixing this bug
in Ubuntu?

I will try to create PPA, but the last time I tried it I had problems with
building packages depending on non-free
packages, and it looks like one cannot just upload binary package (which would
be easiest for me).
