This morning I saw there were updates available and among them was the greeter. 
I downloaded and it asked me if I wanted to update the config file or keep the 
current version. I guessed that in the default version the show language combo 
box wouldn't be true, so I opted to keep the current version.

I logged out and back in again with no change, so I did a reboot. Then
it worked and changed to Hebrew. You also improved the text in the combo
box. Instead of he-il, it is now Hebrew, which is nicer. Also it seems
that the list is shorter (this may be just my imagination). In any case
it was much easier to see the Hebrew entry.

In any case, it is up and flying! Thanks for your effort.
