I did a complete reinstall from the ISO disk, and on the install start page did not alllow updates during installation. and did not check the box for 3d party sources. After start up went to software sources and unchecked (software restrited by copyright or legal issues (multivers). and did not check (cdrom with ubuntu 11.10 oneric ocelot). Changed to main server and updated. 281 updates and all but 2 worked. Library for accessing gdata wbservice common data files and the same one for shared libraries. these were from unverified sources and would not download. both are about Google. The bug is not in my computer now and i can download from the software center. I did another reinstall and did not do the above mentioned changes on installaton and the bug was back in my computer. The United States server will not let you updated everthing is from unveried sources
