I can reproduce this when menu access keys are enabled in GNOME-Terminal
and Alt+B is pressed. But from my experience, Alt+B seems to be the only
affected key.

Steps to reproduce:
Go to edit->Keyboard Shortcuts
Ensure that the first check box is checked
Go back to terminal, type "sudo apt-get install"
Press alt+b

Expected result:
Cursor should move to the beginning of "apt-get"

Actual result:
Cursor doesn't move at all.
