Public bug reported: Hi, today apt-get told me to update my system, there was only one to download. apt log showed this update: Upgrade: acpid:amd64 (2.0.10-1ubuntu2, 2.0.10-1ubuntu2.3) after several hours my system suddenly got unresponsive after plugging in my AC power. Reboot takes 10 times longer. Rebooting without ac power gets me a responsive system, after plugging in again completely laggy.... unplugging ac power makes the system more responsive, but it's still slower/laggy.
when switching on ac power, syslog shows following: Dec 9 13:04:35 host anacron[2473]: Anacron 2.3 started on 2011-12-09 Dec 9 13:04:35 host anacron[2473]: Normal exit (0 jobs run) Dec 9 13:04:36 host kernel: [ 493.633858] EXT4-fs (sda1): re-mounted.
