The keyboard shortcuts have been ported from the gconf backend to the new gsettings backend in GNOME 3.3.2. The ricotz testing ppa however does not have the new gnome-control-center package, so changing the keyboard shortcuts with the 3.2.2 version of this package from the Ubuntu repositories does nothing now. One has to manually change the shortcuts via gsettings or dconf-editor, until a newer version of gnome- control-center is uploaded to the ppa.
