That's correct; the bug has been fixed upstream, but I didn't have the time to track down which specific revision fixed it so that we can ask somebody from the Ubuntu Kernel Team to cherry pick it, so I guess we'll have to wait because reverting the commit which introduced this bug may cause suspend to break on other machines.
