Public bug reported:

We hit upon a GPF in oneiric 3.0.0-14-server. This server runs couple of
KVM VM's. Same server before upgrade to oneiric was running natty
(2.6.38-8-server) and never had this issue.

I am attaching the GPF as a print-screen attachment to this bug report.
