For me the fix is also working, however I've noticed something peculiar that seems to be related to the issues with Ctrl-Alt-KP_4 and Ctrl-Alt- KP_6: after using either Ctrl-Alt-KP_4 or Ctrl-Alt-KP_6, further use of the "corner" keys, Ctrl-Alt-KP_(1|3|7|9) no longer resize the window using the full spectrum, but cycles between 1/3, 1/2, and 1/2 without any gap to bottom or right (before using Ctrl-Alt-KP_4 or Ctrl-Alt-KP_6, there is a small gap to the bottom and right that won't go away).
