Also note that in other reports it is suggested that as a workaround you
can install the program 'anyremote' on the phone and configure it to use
bluetooth. So that you can initiate a connection on the phone (which
wakes up the computer bluetooth system) and immediately after that have
a successful connection from the computer to the phone.
