Public bug reported:

The system wakes up properly after poweroff (S5), but not after suspend to RAM
(S3).
I made sure that WOL is enabled on the eth0 adapter properly, as suggested here:

http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/linux-networking-3/howto-make-
wake-on-lan-wol-work-712283/

The wake on LAN works perfectly on this computer with Ubuntu 10.10, but
not with 11.04 and 11.10.

WORKAROUND: If I boot an older kernel, 2.6.35-22-generic or
2.6.35-31-generic the problem is gone!

I also tried various other kernels:

* 2.6.36-020636-generic FAIL
* 2.6.38-8 (Natty) FAIL
* 3.0.0-14 (Oneiric) FAIL
* 3.1.6 FAIL
* 3.2-rc4-oneiric FAIL

My conclusion is that the problem appeared in the linux kernel somewhere
between version 2.6.35-31 and 2.6.36.

The problem is hardware dependent: WOL works fine on my ACER laptop with
Ubuntu Natty (2.6.38-8)!

My computer is an ASUS Pundit P1-AH2, with nvidia Crush 51PV chipset and AMD
Athlon XP2.
The ethernet driver is forcedeth.
